At MDRN Beauty, we carefully curate and inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of professional beauty products, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect.

30-Day Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding eligible return requests.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be damaged, defective, tampered with, or incorrect upon arrival
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers must provide photos and a brief description of the issue for review

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process claims efficiently, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of packaging
  • Order confirmation or receipt
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personal care items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies under our return policy, a replacement or refund may be issued after inspection and approval.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
