Designed to maximize lift and reduce processing time for highlighting and hair coloring. Works best when paired with Moonlights� Kaolin Based Foil Lightener, but can be used with any manufacturer�s professional hair color, lightener, or bond enhancer whose directions call for 25 vol cr�me developer.

Achieves up to 9 levels of lift.
